Notice of Infringement – Claim
- A signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative;
- Identification of the copyrighted material being infringed;
- Location of the infringing material and a URL to help locate it;
- Contact information of the complainant including name, address, email, phone, and fax;
- A statement of good faith belief that the use of the material is unauthorized;
- A statement of accurate information and authorization to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Under Title 17 USC §512(f), there are penalties for misrepresenting information in a copyright infringement claim.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If you receive a copyright infringement notice and wish to have the material restored, you can submit a counter notification including:
- Your signature;
- Description of the material taken down and its original location;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake;
- Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction for legal matters.

Repeat Infringer Policy
We have a strict policy on repeat infringers in compliance with the DMCA. Accounts of repeat infringers will be terminated.
